*Delete Policy for NGI Manager App*
*Purpose*: This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for deleting user data associated with the NGI Manager app, maintained by NGI Manager , Inc.
*1. Data Collection and Storage*: NGI Manager collects and stores user data to provide its services effectively. This data may include but is not limited to:
- Personal information (name, email address, etc.)
- Usage data (logs, analytics, etc.)
- Device information (IP address, device type, etc.)
*2. User Data Deletion Requests*: Users have the right to request deletion of their data from NGI Manager 's servers. Deletion requests can be made through the following methods:
- Sending an email to care@nathiyaglobal.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Using the in-app settings or profile management tools where available.
*3. Processing Deletion Requests*:
- Upon receiving a deletion request, NGI Manager will verify the identity of the requester to ensure the security and privacy of user data.
- Once identity verification is complete, NGI Manager will proceed to delete the requested data within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
- Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our policies.
*4. Backup and Archival*: Deleted data may remain in backup copies for a limited period of time to ensure the integrity and availability of our services. These backups will also be deleted in due course as part of our routine backup management procedures.
*5. Communication*: NGI Manager will acknowledge receipt of a deletion request and inform the user when their data has been deleted, subject to the above conditions.
*6. Policy Updates*: NGI Manager reserves the right to update this deletion policy periodically. Users will be notified of any material changes through the NGI Manager app or via email.
